the staff was friendly and helpful. my room service by mahmoud and ibrahim was perfect. it was a nile beautiful room king.
the air conditioning was too noisy so i turned it off. also, i found there was no bottle opener in the minibar, inconvenient.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . My room was nice and neat with nice amenities. I found the location convenient for accessing different parts of the city. The hotel has an excellent gym with modern equipment for workouts.
The breakfast service was a little slow sometimes, especially during peak hours.

I liked the variety available at the restaurant for dinner. Several options were available. The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit and local pastries. an omelet station. Service was attentive, and the ambiance was calm.

The concierge provided excellent assistance with directions. Housekeeping kept my room very tidy. they always refilled the water. Check-in was smooth, and the staff explained all the hotel features very well.
